We're sorry, but if an item is returned that has been washed, worn, or soiled, it will not be refunded or exchanged. All reduced to sale and personalized items are non-refundable. Holiday items may not be returned after the respective holiday. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed.
